Katherine Calos, of the Richmond Times-Dispatch, wrote an article called Creative Survival in the 9/23/07 issue, featuring Kimberly Frost, Louis Poole, Jamie Pocklington and me. The four of us had work included in the 2007 Mid-Atlantic edition of New American Paintings, and Calos interviewed us about what it's like for us to live and work in Richmond.

The past month I have been applying for grants, which, as you all know, takes F.O.R.E.V.E.R. Fingers crossed...

You are invited to H&F Fine Arts in Mt. Rainier, Maryland this Saturday, September 15th to see my show, a line is a thing that moves in time.

Ink paintings, drawings and ceramic sculpture are in the show - see J.T. Kirkland's blog Thinking About Art for a very cool slide show of the installation, posted today!

The gallery is very close to the DC metro area, so if you are up that direction come on by, between 4 and 7pm.
